Privacy Policy

CatalogPrep helps sellers prepare marketplace-ready product image packs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address, name, and user ID when you sign in.
- Authentication data from providers such as Google OAuth, limited to the account information needed to create and secure your CatalogPrep account.
- Subscription and billing metadata from Dodo Payments, such as plan, subscription status, and payment event identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage records, credit balances, workflow metadata, recipe metadata, diagnostics, and error telemetry needed to run and improve the service.
- Images, prompts, and related content you choose to process with cloud AI features. Browser-local tools process files locally when possible.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent unauthorized access.
- To provide product image workflows, AI edits, exports, credits, subscriptions, and support.
- To operate billing, fraud prevention, abuse controls, diagnostics, and reliability monitoring.
- To improve CatalogPrep features and understand product usage at an operational level.
Google User Data
If you sign in with Google, CatalogPrep uses the Google account information provided by the sign-in flow, such as your email address, name, and account identifier, only for account creation, login, security, support, and account-related communication. CatalogPrep does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate CatalogPrep, including Clerk for authentication, Supabase for application metadata, Dodo Payments for billing, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Sentry for error monitoring, and AI providers when you request cloud AI processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.
Data Retention And Deletion
We retain account, billing, usage, and diagnostic records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. You may request account deletion or data access by contacting us.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, provider-side secret storage, and monitoring to protect account and service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
