Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CatalogPrep (the "Service"), including marketplace image-prep workflows, browser-based utilities, cloud AI features, subscriptions, credits, and exports. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

About CatalogPrep

CatalogPrep is a software service offered under the CatalogPrep brand for marketplace image preparation, review, and related AI-assisted workflows. In these Terms, "CatalogPrep," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Service and its operator.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the images, prompts, listings, and other content you upload, submit, generate, or process through the Service. You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use that content and must not use CatalogPrep for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

Marketplace Guidance

CatalogPrep provides tools and guidance designed to help sellers prepare image assets for marketplace use. Marketplace acceptance can depend on category-specific rules, regional requirements, account status, listing context, and marketplace policy changes. You remain responsible for final review, compliance, and publishing decisions.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans, subscriptions, taxes, invoices, and payment methods are managed through Dodo Payments. AI credits and plan limits are applied according to the active plan shown in the product. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we state otherwise, and may be limited or adjusted for fair use, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, provider availability, or operational reasons. Refund and cancellation handling is described in the Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for paid orders and handles payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and approved payment refunds.

AI and Processing Results

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular marketplace, category, or listing context. Review outputs before publishing, exporting, or relying on them. When you use cloud AI features, CatalogPrep may transmit relevant requests and content to third-party providers as needed to deliver the requested processing.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change features, limits, pricing, or integrations to improve reliability, security, compliance, or provider compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or any specific feature.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the effective date above. By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatalogPrep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of marketplace acceptance, listing performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatalogPrep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.
